Research Interest

Curriculum theory about conceptions of that which is worth knowing, experiencing, needing, doing, being, becoming, overcoming, contributing, and sharing. Why, where, when, how, and for whom? Who benefits and who does not? This pertains to education in many spheres of social life, not only schools. History of such efforts, especially engaging all learners in perceiving education as composing their lives in the world in need of greater social justice. This evokes consideration of the acquisitive domination of a global curriculum perpetuated by those who seek to colonize the world for their corporate or private interests.
